By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Return & Refund Policy.

1. Made-to-Order / No “Change of Mind” Returns

Because many products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for subjective reasons, including change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect size selection by the customer.

2. Eligible Issues (Damage/Defect/Wrong Item Only)

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • You received the wrong item, or
  • The item arrived damaged, or
  • The item is defective due to a manufacturing fault.

3. Claim Window (7 Days)

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking marked “Delivered”).

4. What to Send Us

Email contact@yuvost.com and include:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation)
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue (and packaging if damaged)

Do not send items back without authorization. We will provide return instructions if a return is required.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the issue is confirmed to be due to our error (wrong/damaged/defective item), we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide an alternative solution at our discretion (for example, a replacement without requiring the item to be returned, where appropriate).

6. Inspection & Resolution

After review (and inspection if a return is required), we will provide one of the following remedies, at our discretion:

  • Replacement (same item), or
  • Refund to the original payment method, or
  • Partial refund (where appropriate)

7. Refund Timing

If approved, refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Posting time depends on your bank/payment provider.

If you have not received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card issuer (posting may take additional time)
  3. Contact your bank (processing can take up to 5 business days)
    If you still do not see the refund, contact us at contact@yuvost.com.

8. Chargebacks / Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first at contact@yuvost.com so we can help resolve it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.

9. Order Cancellation (Before Production Starts)

You may request cancellation before production starts by emailing contact@yuvost.com. If production has not started, you will receive a full refund (no cancellation fee). Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
